Kimberly is a certified yoga instructor. BFF’s customized, 1:1 or small group programs will help you achieve better flexibility, core strength, and improved mobility. Choose a single session or purchase multiple classes to enhance your training or to meet the specific needs of your group.
BFF offers two types of yoga instruction:
- Basic Yoga
For beginners wanting to learn basic postures and gentle flow sequences. This instruction is geared toward fitness maintenance, mindfulness, and increased flexibility and is intended as a complement to a full training regimen. Perfect for the yoga-curious, “off” days, or small groups. - Posture and Flexibility Training for Athletes
This athletic yoga practice is targeted flexibility training for athletes who want to support a specific area of the body in recovery, flexibility and mobility. Clients include golfers, runners, cyclists, martial artists, and competitive fighters, but this instruction is perfect for anyone who needs recovery or enhancement to an existing athletic routine.
